The hotel was conveniently located near many attractions and offered a free shuttle service. the room was clean and had many amenities, including a large flat-screen TV. the staff was courteous and helpful.
My Xmas at this hotel was ruined by other guests who were loud and disruptive. They smoked in their rooms and the hallways and had no consideration for others.

Our group of friends stayed at a hotel not too far from the airport, which was very convenient for us. While there was no nearby metro station, we found the location to be very accessible. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was very modern. We were impressed with the helpful and accommodating staff, and the breakfast had a wide range of gourmet options, including some dishes prepared right in front of us. the highlight of the hotel was definitely the cool rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city.
The lack of multilingual staff, which made communication difficult at times.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel are of an exceptional standard. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre. There is a library, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, garden area, seasonal outdoor pool, sun loungers. the location advantages were also great, near many shops and restaurants.
The breakfast was a little disorganised, causing some minor delays. the restaurant, however, had a vast selection of dishes.

The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in, ensuring a great night's sleep. The buffet restaurant served delicious food of a really good standard. The hotel provided excellent facilities, including a well-maintained outdoor pool area that gave the feeling of a green holiday resort. The staff were the highlight of our stay, always pleasant and cute, and they were able to communicate fluently in English. The hotel's location in the Baoan area was convenient and nice to enjoy after a long working day.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel was also very clean, giving a pleasant feel when entering. Additionally, I enjoyed the buffet restaurant which offered a good standard of food.
There were several negative aspects to my stay. Firstly, there was a lack of English-speaking staff, which was surprising for a hotel that claims to be international.

The two complementary drink vouchers were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and accessing transportation. We also enjoyed the sunrise view from our room.
The staff had difficulty with English and it made communication a challenge. The breakfast buffet was not very diverse and the quality did not meet our expectations.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. I found the rooms to be big and clean, and the swimming pool was a great addition. The hotel staff, especially the Russian girls at the reception and restaurant, were helpful for non-English speakers. There was even an Indian staff member with better English skills than the Chinese staff in the lobby.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
